Rosedale Medical Practice is a community-focused general practice clinic in West Pennant Hills serving patients and families across the Hills region. As a busy GP practice delivering comprehensive care, the clinic needed a fitout that balanced practicality, privacy and a warm, welcoming feel.

We at Akord Projects were engaged to design and deliver a 110 sqm fitout that transforms an ordinary clinic shell into a polished, efficient and patient-centred medical space. The result is a modern GP practice with clean lines, thoughtful layout and a calm, inviting atmosphere that reflects the standard of care within.

From the first planning stages, the brief was clear: create a layout that optimises patient flow, maximises use of compact space (110 sqm), and ensures each functional area works hard. We delivered a layout with multiple consultation rooms, waiting/reception area, and support spaces, all arranged for privacy, smooth workflow, and easy accessibility.

A Clinic That Feels Like Care

While the design is highly functional, we made sure the aesthetic is never cold or clinical. Through the use of calming neutral tones, warm accents and soft lighting, the space feels comfortable, reassuring patients from the moment they walk in. The reception and waiting area are light-filled and welcoming, consultation rooms are designed for clarity and privacy, and finishes are durable yet refined, ensuring longevity without compromising on ambience.

Rosedale Medical Practice is designed to be a reliable, everyday-care hub for its community. The fitout supports high turnover, family visits, and varied general pathology, wellness, and GP services.
